Pastor Tracy is Lead Pastor of Grace Place Ministries. He is the visionary of this movement and is responsible for the execution of this vision through the leading of the Holy Spirit. He is entrusted to perfect the saints through biblically based training, edify the body by preaching and teaching God’s word, and do the work of the ministry by making disciples and church planting to advance the kingdom of Jesus Christ.  He desires to leave everything on the table and to live a life poured out in service to God. Cerrissa Hugie is the leader of Women of Grace. She engages in a personal ministry of discipleship with women, while equipping them to disciple others, as well.  She endeavors to provide leadership that will help women become more connected with God and each other. She desires to fulfill God’s mission  through “bridge” events to reach out to unchurched women, service opportunities/local missions, and adopting a missional lifestyle by offering practical leadership training to help women find their best place to serve in the church.   She assesses the needs and interests of the women of GPM and finds ways to relevantly reach out to and enfold them. She will recruit, develop, train, oversee and encourage leaders for women’s ministry while finding tangible ways to express love and affirmation to the women under her leadership.
